So, if any of our products break down, simply return it to our warranty center. We will replace it at no cost to you. We will even pay to ship the item back to you! Please allow a processing time of 1-2 weeks.
How to Start a Warranty Claim
Email customerservice@keelikids.com or simply mail your product with a note describing the defect and a return shipping address for the replacement. Please give your name and contact information as well.
